Two options are proposed to address the safety and congestion issues at intersections near the Erindale Shopping Centre:

  • Option 1:
  • Roundabouts at the intersections of Sternberg Crescent / Langdon Avenue and Sternberg Crescent / Ashley Drive
  • Traffic signals at the intersection of Sternberg Crescent / Comrie Street
  • Option 2:
  • Right turn lanes at the intersections of Sternberg Crescent /Langdon Avenue and Sternberg Crescent / Ashley Drive
  • Traffic signals at the intersection of Sternberg Crescent / Comrie Street

McBryde Crescent

  • Speed zone variation
  • Pedestrian safety near Trinity Christian School
  • Lower posted speed limit of 50 km/h over full length of McBryde Crescent

Fincham Crescent

  • Mini roundabouts at the intersections of Fincham Crescent / Sternberg Crescent and Fincham Crescent / Forelonge Street
  • Speed cushion
