Cooleman Court Car Park Upgrade
Project description
It will be easier for Weston Creek residents to find a park at their local shopping precinct with a new car park to be created at Cooleman Court to improve safety and increase capacity. This project will deliver:
- up to 150 additional parking spaces via a new car park at the corner of Brierly Street and Parkinson Street
- this includes up to 50 Park & Ride spaces
- improved access routes for vehicles from the local road network.
This work will continue the upgrades completed on Parkinson Street in mid-2019.
Funding Value: $220,000 was provided in the 2019-20 ACT Budget.
