Performance Updates

This section monitors the performance of Development Review and Coordination (DRC) against the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in DRC's annual business plan, to provide an open and accountable measure of their performance. These KPIs include:

  • assessing 85% of all Building Applications received via the online form by DRC within 15 working days of receipt
  • assessing 85% of all Development Application referrals to DRC (either statutory referrals or Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate referrals) within 15 working days of receipt
  • responding to 85% of all pre-development and post-development submissions by DRC within 10 working days.

DRC's KPI reporting will be posted and updated regularly.

Building Application Performance - December 2016

In December 2016, 77 per cent of building applications were processed within the allocated or statutory timeframes. The cumulative performance of building applications processed within the allocated or statutory timeframes since July 2016 was 93.1 per cent.

Development Application Performance - December 2016

In December 2016, 94.7 per cent of development applications were processed within the allocated or statutory timeframes. The cumulative performance of development applications processed within the allocated or statutory timeframes since July 2016 was 95.8 per cent.

Pre-Post Development Application Performance - December 2016

December PrePost Development Application Performance

In December 2016, 100 per cent of pre-post development applications were processed within the allocated or statutory timeframes. The cumulative performance of pre-post development applications processed within the allocated or statutory timeframes since July 2016 was 99.6 per cent.
