Building application - TCCS statement of endorsement and/or compliance form

The Building Application - Transport Canberra and City Services (TCCS) statement of endorsement and/or compliance form is to be completed when applying to TCCS' for advice, statements of endorsements and/or statements of compliance required for a proposed development.

Use this form when you require approval for:

  • driveways
  • in the vicinity of stormwater easements
  • management plans
  • removals
  • clearances.

Applications can only be accepted in electronic format.

Application forms can be completed and lodged via a smartform on the Access Canberra website.

Once your application form and payment is received, you will be provided with a electronic receipt (PDF) along with an email address where you can submit your plans electronically.

Submitting electronic plans to TCCS

Naming convention for electronic plans

All plans lodged electronically must be named in accordance with Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate (EPSDD) naming conventions.

Option 1 - submit plans electronically via email

TCCS will only accept emails up to a maximum size of 10 MB.

Assessment and decision

Assessment will take approximately 15 working days. On completion of assessment the advice will be emailed back to the applicant.
